The Inevitable

It was still night when I woke up from a pat. It was my doctor waking me. Everything was still a blur and I'm still drowsy when she suddenly told me I'll undergo an operation(CS) because my blood pressure shoot down to 1oo. Then, I was transferred to the OR .

I'm scared, it was my first operation, my first admission in a hospital, my first time inserted by an IV, but I tried to be firm. I believe that everything is going to be just fine

AT THE OR

A lot of procedures were done.

First, they get me ready for the anesthesia which would be injected to me via spinal cord, this is called epidural anesthesia. It was painful but tolerable.

Second, they clean your tummy using a sterile technique.

I was conscious during the whole operation but I didn't feel any pain

In the end, finally , March 28 2009, 12:00 midnight- I heard his first cry.

After a few hours I was transferred to my private room. The operation only lasted more than an hour
