Instructions

Premature infants are known to be weak, limp and sometimes they would last for a week in an incubator.

However my Baby stayed only for 1 night. Hes pretty strong coz' when he cries he can lift his hand with a hep lock on it

My baby is really really strong

First, he never undergone fetal distress even with my compilcated pregnacy.
Second, He's APGAR score is 9/10
Third, He can already lift his head in a few seconds

We were discharge from the hospital after 1 week
I'm quite nervous coz' it would be the first time I would be taking good care of my baby
Before we leave certain instructions were given to us by the nurse

Here are those instructions

1. In the morning we should make sure baby gets his daily sunlight exposure every 30 min. bet 6am-9am.
2.We should always clean his navel with alcohol every diaper change
3. He's milk formula ratio is 1 scoop:1 oz.

4. feeding is every 2 hours and if baby demands
5.Daily bath care with mild soap
6. Cradle baby while feeding
